Bonnie Studios, Amsterdam’s most colorful jewelry label, is searching for a Sales Manager. We represent colorful jewelry handcrafted from natural materials like coral, pearls and gemstones. Bonnie Studios is growing fast and that's why we are looking for an excited Sales Manager who wants to take part of this journey and bring our vision further to life.

Today, the brand is represented in over 150 stores across Europe, including renowned locations in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, and France. The brand's expansion is a testament to the universal appeal of it’s distinct pieces and the love for craftsmanship invested in each jewel.

We are seeking a driven Sales manager to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands and support our international agents. As a part of our passionate team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to Bonnie Studios' success and make your mark in the world of jewelry.

Job Description:

As a Sales manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales activities, with the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the B2B sales by managing and promoting our jewelry in Dutch stores and potentially abroad.
  • Actively seeking new customers and opportunities in the Netherlands and abroad 
  • Maintaining close relationships with international agents and partners.
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth in close collaboration with the founder.
  • Monthly, analyzing sales figures and making necessary adjustments to sales strategy and activation plan.
  • Bring creativity, energy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to the team and business
  • Ultimately responsible for achieving the sales targets and revenue growth
  • Future: responsible for expending and leading the sales team

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in a similar sales role.
  • Strong commercial insight and excellent communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (B).
  • A comprehensive network within the fashion-forward segment is a significant plus.

Allround Internship

Bonnie Studios, a small jewelry business, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Allround Intern to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about content creating and eager to learn about the jewelry industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience and contribute to the growth of a small business.

 Responsibilities:

  • Support customer service/webshop related activities, like answering customer inquiries/ issues.
  • Think about (influencer) marketing related topics/strategies and assist in implementing these strategies.
  • Support the marketing team by creating content for social media and email campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Writing creative SEO texts for our products, categories, blog, collection & trend pages
  • Continuously looking for new content ideas that suit our target group.

 Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the jewelry industry.
  • Available for 3 months 5 days a week, with the possibility of extension
