Please note all pieces are handcrafted and shipped from the Netherlands. We try to ship in 24 hours.
The estimated shipping times to The Netherlands are as follows:
From Amsterdam (PostNL) | 1 a 2 business days Important notes duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.
Track and trace: When you've chose for the track and trace (€ 4,99 NL) or when your order is above €75,-
Be note: When you don't receive a track and trace code we send it with a regular stamp to your address. Also orders in Europe we do send with a regular stamp. And is on your own risk.

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 1-3 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
RETURNS
At Bonnie Studios we strive to make our customers happy. If your order is not what you expected and you’d like to return your order, you need to let us know by email info@bonniestudios.com.
Do you wish to return your item? You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your package. Items that are custom made, are part of a deal or samples can not be returned.
Important: If you don’t send us an email to inform us about your return and we receive your goods after 14 days, we can’t accept your return.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, stud earrings cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for the costs and security of the return shipment if you live outside of The Netherlands. We strongly advise any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method.
Please follow our Care+ for long lasting jewelry. To enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible, we'd recommend taking it off during sleep and avoid contact with water, perspiration, perfume, sun or heat as much as possible.
An article bought from our sale category or custom made cannot be exchanged or returned.
CONDITIONS
If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded.
